Book CoverA Jew and a Gentile are returning to our roots. Other than at the Pipe and Pint, Charles and I first gathered to discuss Shumley Boteach’s “Kosher Jesus.” That discussion eventually led to this blog. So, we’re going to have another go at it in 2016 and will be considering “The Banality of Good and Evil,” by David Blumenthal (http://tinyurl.com/jo5a263). Every religion and philosophy for the past 3000 years has examined the concepts of good and evil, and, given the world today, we thought this an appropriate topic for an interfaith discussion. So, put the book on your holiday reading list. We will be announcing a time and date for the pending get-together (likely in Feb 2016).
